Landmine Deadlift + Banded Leg Lowering = KILLER!
This is one of my favorite supersets for total body optimization. We’re taking a foundational movement, the hip hinge, and using a variation of it that allows you to move pain-free heavy loads AND combining that with one of the single most effective core-specific exercises in the game.
Together you get an incredible superset with posterior chain activation followed by an active release of the hamstrings, hip separation and anterior core activation. It’s like a match made in heaven.
Try this for 5×8 on the Landmine Deadlift and 5×5 breaths each side on the Banded Leg Lowering.
