What’s the Big Deal?
Although it is vital to properly fuel your body for a training session, I do not feel that taking pre-workout drinks is the end-all-be-all. Food? Yes. Fuel your body with food. Supplements? Yes. You can do that too, but choose wisely.
Do your research. Read your labels. Master the basics first. Once you do that, THEN you can introduce supplemental external factors to your training nutrition.
